In an effort to seize on opportunities that exist in the residential mortgage
industry due to liquidity and credit issues, CZP led the recapitalization of
MountainView Capital Holdings in October 2007. With offices in
Denver, Dallas, Houston and NewYork, MountainView and its subsidiaries offer a range of services
including: (i) the purchase and sale of residential whole loans as manager of
MountainView Mortgage Opportunities Funds I and II; (ii) brokerage services for
the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights;
(iii) broker/dealer services for the purchase and sale of RMBS, CMBS, and ABS;
(iv) independent third party valuation of mortgage servicing
rights and whole loans; and (v) hedge advisory services related to mortgage
servicing rights.
