Jane Pai
Senior Systems Analyst

Jane Pai is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining application systems for Capital Z.
Prior to joining the firm in the year 2000, Ms. Pai worked at Lynch & Mayer (a subsidiary of Lincoln National) as a Software Specialist, improving every area of the firm's workflow from the trading desk to the backend office. Prior to Lynch & Mayer, Ms. Pai was Project Manager at Data Exchange (Advent Software Company) specializing in the trade planning and order management system, as well the portfolio management system.
Ms. Pai received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in Taiwan and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
