Craig A. Fisher

General Counsel

Mr. Fisher is the General Counsel of CZP. Prior to joining CZP in 2002, Mr. Fisher was an Associate in the investment management group of Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP and was Counsel at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP.

Mr. Fisher has significant experience in the structuring and formation of hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as general corporate and securities transactions.

Mr. Fisher received a B.A. with high honors in History from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
